This company is literally the most kind company! We ordered our dog a dog bed and unfortunately she passed away so we ended up not needing the bed so I emailed them and they graciously credited back our money and told us how sorry they were for our loss and to not worry about returning the bed and to gift it to someone in need ! You do not find that kind of generosity any more so thank you to them!

Warm Flannel Detachable Semi-Enclosed Large Dog Tent Bed
Received the dog bed in about two weeks or so. When I received the bed and started opening the package, it was obvious it was someone’s return. How the bed was packaged, messed up the spine protector supports. The bed has folds that are permanently ruined. Very disappointed.
Our sofa seat cover is a perfect fit for our long Lazy Boy couch. The color actually matches the couch!

This item was pretty easy to put together. Only it has a very saggy roof, and it came with a long piece of white plastic that I have no idea what to do with because the bed didn’t come with any kind of instructions. It would be great if someone could tell me what the long piece of white plastic is for.
This product is so misrepresented in your picture. I received a piece of “fabric”. It’s not soft or puffy like the picture. Facebook should ban you!!!

My poor senior citizen can't walk anymore due to arthritis, so I needed something to carry him around that he would be comfortable in. This bag is fluffy and the perfect size. He gets so many compliments everywhere he goes with his little head sticking out. And it's easy to clean.
We have 2 toy poodles and a new sofa! This beautiful, soft, sofa protector is perfect. I have already washed and dried it and it came out looking brand new. Plus the color (grey) is amazing.

The covers do not fit s snug as I would like. I think it’s because of the shape of my sofa. Three bottom cushions and three back cushions with over extended arms and sides. Over all, I think the quality is good and hope it will last for awhile.
